Changing your order

Adding a tea Find your desired blend in The Tea Shoppe and use the “Add to existing subscription” feature to add it to your subscription.

Removing a tea
To stop receiving a blend, remove it from your subscription from your cart page.

One Time Purchases Most of our blends and product can be purchased without a subscription.

Love at first sip?

Get a larger pouch of that delicious blend with your next order anytime. Browse our Tea Shoppe to find all your favorite blends. Add and remove them to your subscription anytime.

What is your cancellation policy?

No Contract, No Cancellation Fee, that’s our policy.
Cancel your subscription anytime right from our website, hassle-free. Please make sure to cancel your subscription before any upcoming orders are placed to avoid being charged.

Can I pause my account?

Yes, you can pause your subscription at anytime.

Pausing Subscriptions

  1. Login
  2. Go to “My Account” > “My Subscriptions”
  3. Click on the subscription you wish to pause and click “skip a month”

Can I add to or change my first order?

Once placed, first orders cannot be changed. Customers may cancel first orders while still processing, and until marked “shipped” from their My Account page.

How do I cancel my membership/subscription?

Cancelling Subscription

  1. Login and click “My Account”
  2. Go to the “My Subscription” tab and click the “View” button
  3. Under your subscription information click the “cancel subscription” text
  4. Follow the steps here to cancel your account. Subscriptions must be canceled before your upcoming order is placed to avoid being charged.

Where do you buy your tea?

All of our tea is purchased through Direct Trade. By purchasing our tea through direct trade we can guarantee quality and consistency in our loose leaf while ensuring fair trade practices are being carried out.

Where is your tea made?

Our tea is imported from all over the world through direct trade. Check tea info in the teashop for information on specific blends.

Is your tea USDA organic?

While our blends are not formally labeled “USDA Organic”, we do offer a selection of Organically grown blends. All of the tea gardens we work with follow European Union pesticide restrictions, which are among the strictest food standards in the world. Oftentimes many organic teas have more pesticides than teas that are non-organic but adhere to European Union pesticide restrictions.

To see our Organically grown blends, simply click the “Organic” filter under “Extra Options” while browsing the Tea Shope.

How much tea can I make per pouch?

Great question! The amount of servings possible depends on tea type, personal strength preference and cup/mug size. Based on a standard 8oz cup and following our measurements, each large pouch should make anywhere between 20-25 cups of tea. This measurement does not include re-steeping.

What is the shelf life of tea?

Unopened tea will stay fresh for up to 2 years if kept in a dark, cool place. Once opened, tea has a shelf life of 6-12 months.

Is your tea fair trade?

We deal strictly with Direct Trade to ensure fair and ethical practices are carried out with the farmers and partners we work with. All of our partners, farmers, and workers are paid fair wages and are treated respectfully.

Do you use artificial flavoring?

We do not use artificial flavors. While many of our teas are naturally flavored from the spices, fruits and herbs they contain, some have added natural flavoring.
